Why Are You Reporting The Player: He's once again using his freezing ability to get players out of spawn and kill them

Extra Notes: He was already warned strictly by Dayz 2 times yet he is doing the same thing

Days just ban him he kept rule break in many times and when I'm not an admin he SK a lot just ban the PEPs that kept rule break in like dragon and I'm still suspecting him aimbot though hope u take this action and its up to you either to ban or to swarn him.
